- Hydraulic Cylinders
- Solid Type: 0.1 ton to 2500 tons, including load return, threaded lock nut, and spring return types; available in single-acting and double-acting designs. Stroke lengths up to 6000 mm, cylinder bores up to 1500 mm. Suitable for heavy-duty and long-stroke applications.
- Hollow Type: 10 tons to 2000 tons, load return and spring return types, single-acting and double-acting models, widely used in prestressing, bridge tensioning, bolt removal, and other specialized operations.
- Hydraulic Pumps

Preload Jack Manufacturing Process
- Requirement Confirmation: Based on customer specifications, we provide actual dimension drawings and load data, then discuss with the customer to meet their requirements. If complete drawings and specs are provided by the customer, this step can be skipped.
- Raw Material Procurement: Select steel material JIS G4105 SCM440 according to design specifications for preload jacks.
- Deep Hole Machining: Drill deep holes on solid raw material to ensure internal structural accuracy.
- Rough Machining: Process parts to ±2~4mm tolerance, then perform heat treatment to improve hardness and toughness, extending product life.
- Brazing: Acetylene brazing is used (highest cost but best effect); alternatives include silver brazing and CO2 brazing.
- Precision Machining: Includes drilling, tapping, and lathe operations to ensure product accuracy.
- Boring & Grinding: Precision inner bore processing for optimal piston-to-cylinder fit.
- Electroplating: Hard chrome plating on pistons and inner cylinders to improve wear resistance and durability.
- Pre-Assembly Inspection: Verify product number and parts accuracy before assembly, including seal installation.
- Testing: Conduct full performance testing after assembly to ensure the jack meets design standards.
